چکیده

Synthetic cannabinoid receptor agonists (SCRAs) are a continually evolving family of illicit drugs, with novel analogues frequently being detected. This paper reports the detection new N-hexyl-1H-indazole derivative, ADB-HINACA, within herbal sample seized by law enforcement for first time in United Kingdom. The identity compound was confirmed via synthesis pure ADB-HINACA reference standard and direct spectral comparison 1H NMR GC-EI-MS analysis. A full analytical profiling nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), attenuated total reflection Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy gas chromatography-electron ionisation-mass spectrometry (GC-EI-MS) is reported shows good concordance between standard. validated method routine quantification samples (LOD: 1.7 μg/mL, LOQ: 5.8 μg/mL) also developed using this method, determined to contain 4.9% w/w ADB-HINACA.

(S)-5-Hexyl-1-[(S)-2-hydroxy-1-phenylethyl]-4-methoxy-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-one

The title compound, C(19)H(27)NO(3), was obtained by the reaction of (3S,7aR)-7a-hexyl-7-meth-oxy-3-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-pyrrolo[2,1-b]oxazol-5(7aH)-one and triethyl-silane using titanium(IV) chloride as catalyst. In the mol-ecule, the phenyl and dihydro-pyrrolone rings form a dihedral angle of 83.8 (1)°. O-H⋯O hydrogen-bonding inter-actions lead to the formation of a chain parallel to the a axis.

5-(4-Hexyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole

The title compound, C(14)H(17)N(5)O, a 1,2,3-triazole derivative of benzoxadiazole (C(14)H(17)N(5)O), was synthesized via Cu-catal-ysed azide-alkyne cyclo-addition (CuAAC) from the corres-ponding n-octyne and 4-azido-benzoxadiazole. The benz-oxa-diazole and triazole rings show a roughly planar orientation [dihedral angle between the ring planes = 12.18 (5)°]. The alkane chain adopts a zigzag co...

In this study, a series of novel N-substituted 2-(2-(adamantan-1-yl)-1H-indol-3-yl)-2-oxoacetamide derivatives were synthesized, and evaluated for their cytotoxicity in human cell lines including Hela (cervical cancer), MCF7 (breast cancer ) and HepG2 (liver cancer). Several compounds were found to have potent anti-proliferative activity against those human cancer cell lines and compound 5r sho...

AB-CHMINACA, AB-PINACA, and FUBIMINA: Affinity and Potency of Novel Synthetic Cannabinoids in Producing Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol-Like Effects in Mice.

Diversion of synthetic cannabinoids for abuse began in the early 2000s. Despite legislation banning compounds currently on the drug market, illicit manufacturers continue to release new compounds for recreational use. This study examined new synthetic cannabinoids, AB-CHMINACA (N-[1-amino-3-methyl-oxobutan-2-yl]-1-[cyclohexylmethyl]-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide), AB-PINACA [N-(1-amino-3-methyl-1-o...

Pathogenic infections and inflammation are very common ailments humans suffer. Upsurge of resistant pathogens has impeded the antimicrobial drug development process in recent years and the search of new antimicrobial agents is clearly evident from the literature. In line with these developments the synthesis of N-substituted aryl-2-({4-[(substituted aryl carbamoyl) methyl]-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-4H-1...
